Located in an idyllic setting, Villa Ritsa is cut into the mountain and comprises of three levels, which can sleep up to 12 people, making use of beds and sofa beds.
The ground level comprises of:
- Outside store cupboard
- Fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, extractor fan and microwave
- Breakfast area, tiled floor with table and chairs
- Living area with double sofa bed
- Shower room
- Laminate floor throughout
- Storage cupboards under stairs
- Fitted blinds throughout the house
- Stairs leading to second level
The second level comprises of:
- External entrance to hallway
- Large living area with two double sofa beds, wall divide to create two rooms or play room
- Bathroom with bath, shower head, toilet and sink
- Wood burner
- Television
- Satellite TV
- Playstation
- Laminate floor throughout
- Balcony with BBQ
The third level comprises of:
- Wet room with toilet and sink
- Travel cot
- 1st bedroom with two single beds
- 2nd bedroom with double bed, leading onto balcony
- 3rd bedroom with double bed, leading onto balcony
The villa offers panoramic views of the mountains and is situated near the village of Ribaritsa, which translated means “Fishing Village”.
The village is located 600 metres above sea level, it has enchanted tourists for hundreds of years, and offers a mixture of century old beech forests, exuberant in flowers, and is used by Bulgarians as a retreat from the city.
